Making for a welcome addition to the family, Colin Farrell and his actress girlfriend, Alicja Bachleda, are the proud parents of a baby boy!

The Irish actor and his lovely lady have named their bundle of joy Henry Tadeusz Farrell - with Farrell’s rep telling that Henry was born on October 7 in Los Angeles.

The new arrival happens to be the first child for 26-year-old Bachleda, while Farrell also has a 6-year-old son named James, courtesy of model Kim Bordenave.

Talking about taking on parenting duties, once more, Colin told People magazine, “I will take it as it comes. Even changing dirty diapers.”

Audrina Patridge: Ready For An Atlantic City Halloween

Lohan to Make Charity Documentary

Lindsay Lohan is keen to put her bad-girl reputation behind her -- she is set to shoot a documentary about child trafficking in India to "make a difference" to the world.

The Mean Girls star, who has hit headlines for her stints in rehab and drunk-driving arrests, is hoping to set aside her wild ways and focus on charity work in the future.

She has teamed up with the BBC and is set to travel to India next month to front a show highlighting the plight of deprived children in the country.

Lohan admits she was inspired to support more good causes following a meeting with British businessman Richard Branson in Dubai.

She says, "I'm going to India soon, actually, before Thanksgiving. And I'm doing a documentary for the BBC Network. It all happened actually when I was in Dubai. I like to support charities. I think it's important to kind of have a voice when you can have one, and make a difference.

"It's basically on the trafficking of children in Behar, India. So it'll be starting soon. We're just trying to work out the times and the dates. I'm a little nervous, but I'm excited to do something like that."

The filmmaker has signed up to document the rise and fall of Somen 'Steve' Banerjee, who launched the Chippendales in a Los Angeles nightclub in the 1980s.Banerjee's fast rise to fame was blighted by a series of lawsuits and criminal charges and in 1993, he faced charges of conspiracy and attempting to hire a hitman to kill a former Chippendales stripper and choreographer.Banerjee eventually pleaded guilty to counts of attempted arson, racketeering and murder for hire, reaching a plea deal that would put him behind bars for 26 years and cost him his shares in the Chippendales parent company.He was also linked to the murder of ex-business associate Nick DeNoia, who was found dead in April 1987, but the trial was never concluded - his body was found hanging in his prison cell in October 1994, just hours before he was due to be officially sentenced.The movie will be executive produced by Peter Saphier. A start date for production has yet to be set, reports trade paper Daily Variety.

Late fashion king Yves Saint Laurent has beaten out Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley as the top-earning dead celebrity on finance magazine Forbes' latest macabre rich list.

The designer made an estimated $350 million in the last year, while Jackson debuts at three on the new list, earning a staggering $90 million in the three months since his death in June.

Presley, a regular at the top of the list, slips to fourth with earnings of $55 million in the past 12 months.

'This Is It' Boss Defends Decision to Exclude Jackson's Death

The makers of Michael Jackson's This Is It documentary decided to exclude any mention of the King of Pop's death in the concert-rehearsal movie to spare the star's children the pain of reliving the tragedy.

Fans the world over have flocked to theaters to catch a glimpse of the "Thriller" legend practicing for his ill-fated London concerts since the film's release on Wednesday, but they weren't given any insight into the star's sudden passing in June.

Music supervisor Michael Bearden reveals that the cameras captured the announcement of Jackson's death, but he and director Kenny Ortega, along with choreographer Travis Payne, decided to leave those scenes out.

He tells MTV.com, "I'm glad we left some things out. Especially the announcement of his passing. That was filmed and we were gonna have it in, but we found we shouldn't have it.

"His children are going to watch this film and no one would want to relive that forever. The world is already mourning, so we don't need to force it on them.

"I think we have the great balance of his triumph and his comeback. And I'm very happy."

Jackson's mother Katherine and his three children were reported to have watched a private showing of the film at a screening at Sony Studios in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Shakira has an opinion on illegal downloading, but its not what the record companies want to hear.. she’s insisting that it brings her closer to her fans.

Lily Allen recently opposed those who download music illegally. (But wait, didn’t she also oppose Elton John and living sober?) Shakira, the Colombian singer said that she has a more positive view of the issue.

“I like what’s going on because I feel closer to the fans and the people who appreciate the music,” she told Sky News. “It’s the democratisation of music in a way.

“And music is a gift. That’s what it should be, a gift.”

In reality, since they are all still millionaires despite their supposed “losses” she’s probably got a point. Still, its not something you’re going to get away with so why not buy them and avoid the risk?

A judge ordered the two people accused of trying to extort 18 million from the Hollywood actor following the death of his son Jett in the Bahamas will face a new trial “in the interest of justice”.

Senior Justice Anita Allensaid she was forced to make the decision after a speech broadcast on the TV and radio hinted the jury would acquit one of the defendants.

While the jurors were deliberating, she told the court: “We are concerned in the interest of justice that there has been a communication from the jury room.

“The dilemma that we face is great. I am erring on the side of caution. Justice must be transparent.”

Jolie Hit With Allegations of Misconduct

Angelina Jolie has been reportedly accused in a new biography of having sex with her mother’s former boyfriend.

The Hollywood actress allegedly betrayed Marcheline Bertrand, her mother who died of cancer at the age of 56 in 2007, when she was 16 years old. According to Now, Jolie struggled to rebuild the relationship with her mother once she had confessed that she had slept with her boyfriend.( at sixteen you’re making good choices?)

A source said: “Marcheline had a live-in boyfriend whom she was very much in love with, but Ange slept with him when she was 16 and barely out of school.

“Her mother found out and ended her relationship with the man. When Ange admitted the story to her brother James just a few weeks ago, even he turned on her. She has hardly anyone left in life who likes or trusts her.”

Jolie’s representatives have declined to comment on the story.

Hayden Suing for Three Mil

Hayden Christensen and his brother are suing a producer for nearly $3m (£1,839,644).

TMZ reported that in 2005, Christensen signed to star in a film called Crash Bandits, while his brother Tove agreed to be the co-producer.

Martinez would pay for the right to be involved in the brothers’ future projects.

The brothers reportedly trusted Martinez because he told them that he had a $500,000,000 (£306,607,400) bankroll.

However, the pair have now filed a lawsuit claiming that the film never got made and Martinez never paid them.

Spears to Marry Again?

Britney Spears is planning to marry for the third time, it’s being claimed by a source talking to Show Biz Spy.

The singer, who recently reunited with agent Jason Trawick, is said to be so happy with their “deep” relationship that she is considering marrying him.

The source was quoted “Britney and Jason have really hit it off. Britney is saying how this is the first ‘proper’ relationship she has ever had. They actually talk about real stuff and he’s genuinely interested in what she has to say.

Stephenie [Meyer] wrote them with the Romeo and Juliet aspect, and then, each one has a different persona. It’s a really cool concept. But as far as the directors go, each director is different. Catherine [Hardwicke] was very energetic, and she made this beautiful movie. Chris [Weitz] had this really cool, really laid-back [vibe], but has a great sense of how to do CGI and how to make these wolves look real and bigger than life versus just some computerized image. Then David Slade, with his action background and his indie style, just mixed the two. The movies are going to be unique in their own aspects, and that’s what’s really interesting — it’s not the same director doing each one. We, as actors, got to see different styles of [directing]. So it doesn’t feel old, ever.”

Jason Mesnick on Molly Malaney

Jason Mesnick couldn't bear the thought of guys fighting over Molly Malaney on ABC's The Bachelorette. Fortunately, she gave up that dream for him. And love.

In a new interview with Us, Jason says that a week after his ill-fated proposal to Melissa Rycroft on The Bachelor, show producers started inquiring about Molly.

"They kept asking me if I thought Molly would make a good Bachelorette," he said. "I realized I was not willing to let Molly go and have 25 guys fight over her."

Fortunately, Molly turned down that possibility, and Jason got it right the second time, receiving a second chance and ultimately a "yes" to marriage proposal.

Molly and Jason just got engaged in New Zealand.

With Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney now engaged, the controversial ending of The Bachelor last season now looks like it was for the best. As for Rycroft?

"Melissa is a great girl, but there wasn't any chemistry," Jason says of why he dumped her. "I broke up with her after Christmas, a month after we wrapped."

Don't feel too bad for Melissa, though. She made the finals of Dancing with the Stars and is now engaged herself, to Dallas insurance agent Tye Strickland!

Jason also adds that he and Melissa had already split in private, despite the appearance on the "After the Final Rose" special. But Molly Malaney wasn't aware.

Mesnick was contractually prohibited from contacting her until The Bachelor aired. "At that point, she would have started filming The Bachelorette!" he recalls.

ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL: Jason Mesnick's post-Bachelor switcheroo landed him in hot water with the viewing public, but everyone came out of it for the better.

Thus, it was the "After the Final Rose" taping that provided the less than ideal, but first available opportunity to rekindle things with Molly and win her back.

"Obviously, I didn't want it on TV, but I had to take the chance if it meant getting her back," Jason said. "I would rather have picked up the phone, trust me!"

Of Melissa Rycroft, Jason says she was also offered a chance to be the nextBachelorette star (Jillian Harris was ultimately chosen) and he wishes her the best.

His attention is now fully on the future with Molly and his five-year-old son Ty, however. We hope he can expect some little brothers and sisters before long.

Taylor Swift on Taylor Lautner: He's Amazing

On Sunday, Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner attended a hockey game together.

On Monday, the pair ate dinner with Swift's mom.

And today, the singer pretty much confirmed her burgeoning relationship with Lautner. (Eeeek!!!)

Appearing with CMT Radio's Cody Alan, Swift said she was on "Team Jake" when it came to the classic Twilight Saga debate, and added the following about the male Taylor:

"He's an amazing guy and we're really close... and ah... yep. We're in a movie together and I am really excited about seeing it."

Never has one yep revealed so much.

Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner filmed a movie together. From there, the sparks flew and the clothes came off.

The movie in question (a scene from which is pictured above) is Valentine's Day. It stars a bevy of A-listers, from Julia Roberts to Patrick Dempsey to Jessica Biel.

Swift hasn't watched it in full yet, but hopes she and Lautner will "get to do a private screening because we both wanna see it so bad cause our scene was so much fun to do."

Palin Calls Him a Man-Whore

Levi Johnston is about to get totally undressed for a nude spread in Playgirl. Now he's also getting dressed down by his baby mama's mama Sarah Palin.

Yup, their ongoing war of words has been kicked up a notch ... or 10.

On CBS' Early Show today, Levi continued his Palin-bashing PR tour by saying she referred to her infant son Trig, who has Down syndrome, as "retarded."

Moreover, he says she used the term repeatedly, and during the 2008 campaign, used the baby as a prop while in reality Bristol Palin primarily cared for it.

Without providing details, Johnston also ominously suggested that Palin, last year's Republican V.P. nominee, has done a whole lot worse than that, as well.

Cryptically but knowingly, he says he knows things that could "get her in trouble and could hurt her." You really couldn't make this stuff up if you tried.

"I'm not gonna go that far," Levi Johnston said. "You know, I mean, if I really wanted to hurt her, I could easily. But there's ... I'm just not gonna do it."

Suffice it to say, Levi's comments didn't sit well with Sarah.

In a bitter reply, the mother of five said in a statement that: "We have purposefully ignored the mean spirited, malicious, untrue attacks on our family."

Only she hasn't. Just saying.

"We, like many, are appalled at the inflammatory statements being made or implied," Palin's statement continued. "Trig is our 'blessed little angel' who knows it and is lovingly called that every single day of his life."

Palin said "CBS should be ashamed for continually providing a forum to propagate lies" and was indignant at the insinuation of using such a term.

Taking both Levi Johnston and CBS to task, Palin questioned the credibility of somebody about to get naked for a magazine, specifically Playgirl.

"Consider the source of the most recent attention-getting lies," she says.

"Those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention."

In response, Levi says his recent interview with Vanity Fair was just the beginning, and while he's sure Sarah Palin "has something comin' for me," he is unabashed about his counterattacks as long as the Palins cut him out of his child's life.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A doctor charged with illegally funneling drugs to Anna Nicole Smith wrote in a personal diary that he had to get off drugs himself and wondered if he was wrong to kiss Smith at a party four years ago.

Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry read the explosive entries from a diary of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor on Wednesday at a preliminary hearing to determine whether Kapoor and two co-defendants should stand trial.Kapoor's lawyer previously said he was gay and objected to prosecutors' allegations that he had a sexual relationship with the former Playboy model thatcould have contributed to him prescribing drugs for her.

However, Kapoor's diary entry on June 13, 2005, seemed to confirm what prosecutors said they saw in video and photographs taken at a party around that time. The judge has ruled against showing the video in court."I was making out with Anna, my patient, blurring the lines," the judge read from Kapoor's diary. "I gave her methadone, Valium. Can she ruin me?"The entry also recounted his ride with Smith in a gay pride parade before the party, with six police officerskeeping back the paparazzi. "It was mesmerizing. ... Anna and me up there all buffed out on the car," the entry said.In an excerpt from Nov. 17, 2002, Kapoor wrote, "I also need to get off the drugs. The Buspar, Wellbutrin have to go. But first the Ambien has got to go. Oh God, it's so addicting. I have to get off that (expletive)."Kapoor later prescribed Ambien for Smith, according to testimony.Kapoor, Dr. Kristine Eroshevich and Smith's boyfriend-lawyer Howard K. Stern are charged with conspiringto illegally provide controlled substances to Smith, who died of an accidental drug overdose in 2007.

The allegations include giving drugs to an addict.All three have pleaded not guilty.Kapoor's lawyer, Ellyn Garofalo, displayed the journal in court and elicited testimony from an investigator that it ended in 2005 and that the comment read in court was the only mention of Smith.Earlier in the day, a medical board investigator testified that Kapoor kept a hidden stash of Smith's medical records in his home that included references to possible drug addictions.However, Gagne stood by earlier testimony that Kapoor gave Smith excessive dosages of opiates and sedatives.

The Hannah Montana star has been voted Worst Celebrity Influence of 2009 in a new online poll conducted by AOL's JSYK.com (Just So You Know), beating out such celebs as Britney Spears and speech-stopping rapper Kanye West.

Cyrus garnered 42 percent of the votes in the poll. And given that the Web site is aimed at 9-to-15-year-olds, it seems that a good portion of her target audience does not approve of her shenanigans.

No specific reasons were given for the dubious honor, but in a year during which she was accused of racism and roundly criticized for pole dancing at the Teen Choice Awards, it's not hard to guess.The good news for Miley is that, with some serious competition coming up fast, she'll probably be knocked out of the top spot next year.

The Jonas Brothers Will Be Together Forever

As a result, talk has spread that the siblings have grown apart and a group break-up isn't far behind.

Fortunately, the brothers cleared up this rumor in a letter they wrote to fans prior to a concert in Venezuela this week. Nick started, addressing his new, aforementioned creation:

“We’ve said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers that anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can’t break up brothers. My brothers are my biggest supporters, and were on the phone with me everyday while I was in the studio asking how it was going, and telling me they couldn’t wait to hear the record.”

In a message obtained by People, Joe and Kevin chimed in:

“We are so proud of our brother Nick. We know that we will be doing music together for the rest of our lives. But we are thrilled for you to hear these songs that were on his heart.”

In the end, they wrote: “We plan to make music together for as long as we can... You are truly the best fans in the world, and we love you with all our hearts.”
